Definition of SLAP Lesion
The definition of the SLAP lesion can be understood by expanding SLAP. SLAP stands for superior labral tear from anterior to posterior and it affects the glenoidal labrum in the shoulder. Basically, the glenoidal labrum is an important part of the shoulder that is associated with overall shoulder stability and function.
